Do you
have good quality furniture and/or electrical items that you would be willing
to pass on to Turntable?

We collect most
household items, free of charge, from in and around the Is it in good
clean condition? If so… Upholstery – There must be a fire label
stating that it complies with 1988 (or more recent) fire regulations. Electrical items – We are always desperate for electrical items,
especially cookers, washing machines and fridge/freezers. With the exception of refrigerated
items and televisions, we accept electrical items even if they are not working. Tables – So we can collect and deliver
furniture effectively, if it is a large table we ask that it has removable
legs, is drop-leaf or foldable. Please call if you are unsure if we would be
interested. Wall Cabinets – We take wall cabinets/ wall
units/ drawers up to 4”6’ in size, especially wanted if they are
welsh type dressers or come in 2 parts. Wardrobes – Maximum size of 3ft wide by
6½ ft tall. Cabin Beds – We prefer metal or solid
wood, ideally not chipboard as dismantling them tends to damage the
chipboard, and we ask that nuts or bolts must be secured. For bunk beds,
ladders must be on long sides. Televisions – Must be with working remote
and ideally come with freeview box. Cots – We can take if they are
fairly new and have bars between 45-65mm apart. Glass – For glass in tables or cabinets
we look for kite marks on the glass to ensure safety. If something
is not on the list it does not mean we are not interested, please contact us

we collect in certain areas on certain days, as listed on the map below. If
