Does your client need furniture?
Please complete a Turntable Referral Form with the client, sign it, then give it to them to bring along to Turntable.
Please do not post or email the form to us as it may go astray, and/or the client may arrive at Turntable before the form. Remember, Turntable doesn't know your client - they could be anyone if they arrive without a signed formed.
If you don't have a Turntable Referral Form, please contact us, stating your organisation and contact details, and we'll email one to you.
If your organisation is going to provide funds for the client, please ensure that you notify us in writing stating the maximum amount.
Kindly note that we have a limited coverage area; please consult this map for guidance. We don't have the means to cover a larger area, nor do we allow clients to have furniture from us outside this area, even if they can transport it themselves. This allows us to keep things fair for those within the area that we are able to cover.
