How to donate

We collect furniture, and electrical items that are in good, clean condition, free of charge, with a view to passing them on to others, and preventing them from going to land-fill.

We also accept small essential household items suited to those setting up home for the first time (e.g. clean bed-linen, crockery, cutlery + kitchenware) - these will only be collected with larger items, otherwise they need to be delivered to our warehouse during opening hours.

If you have items you think would interest us, please contact us to arrange a free collection. Alternatively, please feel free to drop items off to us during our opening hours.

Before contacting us to donate items, kindly read these notes to avoid any problems / misunderstanding that may arise with your donation.

House Clearances

Please contact us to arrange for a member of the team to come and view the property, after which we will contact you with a price.

We will ask for a despoit to secure the date.

Disposal of single items

If there are items that are not suitable to be passed on to our customers, for example, items that are damaged/stained or missing fire labels, we are able to dispose of them for a fee.

Payment for this can be made via card or cash to our driver.

Please contact us to arrange this.

Waste Carrier Licence details available on request.
