Stock Control:
This is always challenging as we are unable to predict:
a) when clients will come to us for items and what they will choose; b) the level and type of donations.
Retail outlets order items when stocks run low; we rely solely on donations and so are unable to do this.
Due to shortage of space:
a) we have to place an emphasis on donations of items that have a fast turnover (i.e. are frequently sought by clients); b) at times, we may have to turn away perfectly serviceable items.

Fully-working white goods
